BAC Coaches: Alexis & Chryssie provide elite training in Acting, Musical Theatre and Dance. For our Sacred Space Dance & Song Coaching classes, we provide a safe space that creates community and fosters growth in all things performing arts, with a focus on mindfulness and meditation.

NOTE: The first part of class is spent sharing and connecting. This helps all the new and seasoned performers to gather together and not feel alone, as everyone is navigating the industry and can learn from each other.
